Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, why we collect it, and what your rights are under UK data protection law.

We keep this policy straightforward and in plain English. If you have any questions, please get in touch using the contact details below.

As a registered data controller we are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What information we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account or fill in a contact form, and we do not directly collect personal details such as your name or email address through the site itself.

However, the following technologies collect information about how you use our website.

Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This service uses cookies to collect information including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • How you arrived at the site (e.g. search engine, social media, direct)
  • Your approximate location (country/city level only)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Whether you are a new or returning visitor

This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you by name. It is processed by Google LLC under a data processing agreement. You can review Google’s privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor how our website appears in Google Search results. This service processes data about search queries that lead users to our site. It does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information about individual visitors.

Advertising and conversion tracking

We run advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook/Instagram (Meta). When you visit our website through one of these adverts, or when you take a specific action on our website (such as clicking a phone number or visiting the contact page), the following tracking technologies may be active:

  • Google Ads conversion tracking: measures actions taken on our website after viewing or clicking one of our Google adverts, to help us understand which adverts are working.
  • Google Remarketing tag: allows us to show relevant adverts to people who have previously visited our website when they later use Google or browse websites in the Google Display Network.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel: records actions taken on our website and allows us to measure conversions from our Facebook and Instagram adverts, and to show our adverts to relevant audiences on those platforms.

These tools use cookies and similar tracking technologies. They may combine data about your visit with information held by Google and Meta about your activity on their platforms. Please see sections 5 and 6 for more detail on cookies and your choices.

Our website includes an online booking system provided by Jane Software Inc. If you use this to book an appointment, you will be asked to provide personal details such as your name, contact details, and health information. This information is processed by Jane Software Inc. as a data processor acting on our behalf, and by us as the data controller.
